Going to briefly comment on some news articles:
U.S. warns states against defunding Planned Parenthood

The U.S. government has warned states moving to defund women’s health group Planned Parenthood that they may be in conflict with federal law, officials said on Wednesday.
First of all, the government is not the US. The liberal media frequently makes the error of conflating the government with the US. In fact it’s not really even the government, it’s the subversive Democrat party which happens to be in charge right now, at least, in charge of the executive branch.
It’s time for state governments to start telling the Feds to kick rocks. What is the worst they can do? The best way to stop an actual bully, is to stand up and stop letting them push you around. What can Obama do if everyone tells him no? The state governments are probably the only level at which the GOP are still actually conservative. I tend to support state level GOP, whereas when it comes to Congress they seem to be in bed with the Dems.
No tax money should be diverted to PP, and if state taxes are going to fund this abomination, then the least the governors can do is stop funding it at their level. No matter how you feel about whether or not humans have souls, or whether that soul exists at conception (when the DNA for the new individual is created), or when the brain begins to form, it’s a fact that PP is cutting apart unborn babies, stabbing them in their brains, and selling body parts. It’s disgusting, and it reminds me of how the Mongols used to cut people up and stack their heads, how the Caananites used to sacrifice their children, how the Aztecs used to rip hearts out, and so on and so forth. It’s disgusting, evil, and shameful.
EU says world facing worst refugee crisis since WWII
Source: http://news.yahoo.com/eu-says-world-facing-worst-refugee-crisis-since-113228429.html
First of all, it’s not a “crisis” it’s an invasion. This “migration” only has to be a “crisis” if people are too weak to defend their borders. Yes, if you flood your country with Muslims and Africans it’s going to be a crisis for every single native person in your country. Going to the store, a normally safe and pedestrian task, will become a risk for women and children walking unaccompanied.
If you bring in 3rd worlders to the point where they become a majority then you will have a 3rd world country, especially if the 3rd worlders are the lowest members of the country they come from.
The 3rd world in general is not a good source of immigrants. There is a reason why the 3rd world is the 3rd world. The chances that these immigrants will be culturally compatible, or intellectually equal to your native population, are extremely low, especially when those coming represent the low end of the population they came from. And these people do represent the low end. They are largely illiterate peasants.
Avramopoulos, speaking after a trip to Athens on Thursday, said Europe as a whole was struggling with a surge in migrants, with the situation in Greece “particularly urgent” as almost 50,000 people arrived there last month.
“What we must do and the (European) Commission has done it, is to organise our system in order to face this problem in a decent, civilised and European way,” he added.
Why does civilized have to mean weak and capitulating? I’m sure Neville Chamberlain thought he was being terribly civilized to Hitler.
You don’t deal with invaders by being nice to them and showing weakness. I have a lot to say on this issue of African migration/invasion, but I will say that it’s absolutely absurd to allow people to stay just because they crossed your border.
“Oh, they stepped into Europe, now we can’t do anything about so we have to just put them in housing and give them welfare.”
No, you can do something about it. Look to El Cid, Charles Martel, Emperor Hadrian, Emperor Constantine, Count Dracula, etc., for the real European solution on how to deal with invaders. As long as “European” is a synonym for weakness there are going to be bad results.
If you’re not willing to fight for your country and way of life then you will lose both.
Japanese leader Abe stops short of apology for World War II
Source: http://news.yahoo.com/japanese-leader-shinzo-abe-expresses-profound-grief-perished-091349145.html
The question here is, why do Japanese people have to apologize at all, and how much longer do they have to apologize for?
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe acknowledged Friday that Japan inflicted “immeasurable damage and suffering” on innocent people in World War II, but stopped short of offering his own apology and said future generations of Japanese should not have to make them either.
They should not have to apologize, they had nothing at all to do with WWII, and Japan was already severely punished for WWII. A lot of their people were killed, and they had two nukes dropped on them.
“On the 70th anniversary of the end of the war, I bow my head deeply before the souls of all those who perished both at home and abroad,” Abe said in a 25-minute address delivered live on national television. “I express my feelings of profound grief and my eternal, sincere condolences.”
I would just stop that altogether. There is no reason to continue this humiliating ritual, and it only encourages people to keep complaining and targeting them. When you act weak people will come after you.
The statement was closely watched by Japan’s neighbors, especially South Korea and China, and it was unclear whether it would satisfy them.
Obviously nothing will satisfy them if they want statements every year. It’s time to stop caring about whether or not they are satisfied.
Abe noted that more than 80 percent of the country’s population was born after the war, and echoed growing though not universal sentiment in Japan that the country has apologized enough.
“We must not let our children, grandchildren and even further generations to come, who have nothing to do with that war, be predestined to apologize,” he said.
This is really so obvious it shouldn’t have to be said. Yes, people can’t be held responsible for a war they had nothing to do with it. No one can help what people group they were born into. You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can’t pick your family.
I don’t at all agree with people apologizing for something their ancestors may or may not have done, and when it comes to Japan and Nazi Germany, it’s important not to overlook that people who lived in those countries during the war weren’t exactly free to disagree with their governments. People were also forced into the service.
Also, I don’t agree that WWII should be the defining characteristic of Japanese history, or European history for that matter. It was a blip in time compared with the full length of their history, and neither the Japanese nor the Nazis were as brutal or devastating as other historical conquerors, like the Mongols or Assyrians.
I don’t abide people being ashamed of their heritage, it’s a disgrace, and it’s embarrassing to watch. I do however think that Shinzo Abe’s statement is a big step in the right direction, and I think the Japanese people are doing better than the bulk of white people who basically decided to internalize the guilt for the actions of Nazi Germany, even though more white people were killed by Hitler than anyone else, the fact that he did more damage to Europe than the Mongols, and the fact that a lot of Europeans died to stop him. Both sides of the war in Europe were actually nationalists at the time. Neither side embraced multiculturalism during the 40’s.
But coming back to Japan, it is my hope that they will also rebuild their military. They deserve to have a military, and to engage in self determination. The Chinese government has no room to talk critically of Japan, when they occupy Tibet and persecute Christians. And again, Japan had two nukes dropped on them.
Yes, what the Japanese GOVERNMENT did during WWII was not very nice, but what the Chinese government and North Korean government are doing today also isn’t very nice. It appears that there is no pan-Asian solidarity in Asia. If I were Asian I would see the Japanese as brothers, regardless of my ethnicity. Furthermore, I would respect them as they were the first Asian nation to industrialize. They are a good role model for the rest of Asia. Really the Chinese should have industrialized first, after all, they are the oldest contiguous civilization in the world, have a long history of meritocracy, and are the homeland of Confucius. But for some reason they were puffing opium while Japan was industrializing. Who’s fault was that? Misplaced priorities.
